• JURY DISAGREE, (Press Association.—By Telegraph.— Copyright). ~ Received Maroh 4, 11,45 p.m. Brisbane, Last Night. The jury disagreed in the trial of an aboriginal named Billy, charged with tho murder of Miss Duffy, a station governess. Billy was remanded till next sessions. The Grown entered a nulle prosequi in the case against Mrs Wilson.
