Press Association—Copyright. Received Dec. 9, 11.42 p.m. ' London, Dec. 9. Doctor Ambrose, M.P. for Mayo West, informer! Sir Wilfrid Laurier that unless Blacksod Bay was selected as the Irish harbor for the All-Red 'route, the scheme would not he allowed to pass tho House of Commons.
Sir Wilfrid replied that political and sentimental reasons had nothing to do with the question, which was purely economic.
