Press Association. Wellington, May 6. Dr. McArtlrar, S.M., to-day delivered resreved judgment in the case in which Thomas McKinnon, manager of N.Z. Truth newspaper, was charged with having sold sundry copies of a paper, part of the contents of which was of an indecent, immoral and obscene nature. The Magistrate held that as ilcKinnon was absent from Welilngton at the time of the publication and had no reasonable opportunity of knowing the contents of the article the information should be dismissed.
