ORANGE LODGE.

The usual monthly meeting of Purple Star Lodge, No 18, was heH at the lodsjeroom, Lombard-sireer,, las evening. The annual installation of officers for the ensuing year then took place, arid the members afterwards sat down to light refreshments, and the usual loyal toasts were duly honored. Satisfactory reports of tho progress of the Order were received from the Grand Lodge Secretary, and the large attendance of members at the local meeting last night augers well for a prosperous year for the Palmerston Lodge.
