Messrs Freeman JR. Jackson and Co., in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report on their Johnsonvillo sale as follows :—We had a smaller entry than usual of bullocks, which were, however, sufficient for market requirements. The quality was generally good. Small, well-fatted bullocks were freely competed for, but heavier sorts sold scarcely so weji. ' Ox beof brought from 22s to 22s 6d. A moderate enory of sheep, consisting of well-fatted ewes, sold freely. Quotations —Best bullocks, £9 to £9 17s 6d ; small, well fatted do,, £8 to £8 17s 6d ; ptime heavy ewes, 16s lOd; good ewes, 15s 9d.
