STORM AT GREYMOUTH

(Press Assn.) GREYMOUTH, Aug. 7. A strong wind in Grcymoutli early this morning caused damage to buildings and fences throughout the town, one brick parapet being completely blown off. The total damage is estimated at several hundred pounds. The Liverpool and Strongman mines were rendered jdlc, GOO men returning home, owing to the power supply being interrupted by the wind breaking the wires.
