WATCH KEPT ON OSLO

(Ree. 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, May b. Units of the British Fleet arc today lying at anchor 10 miles from Oslo, says the Stockholm newspaper, Aftonbladet Tidningen. The 8.8. C. European service this morning repeatedly called the German High Command announcing that Allied planes were going to land in Norway. The German High Command was requested to make the necessary arrangements. The message also said that Allied plenipotentiaries were flying to Norway this afternoon. The Norwegian Government in London announced that five members of the Norwegian Cabinet are immediatlev proceeding to Norway where they will take charge of the re-cstab-lishment of the legal and civil administration. King Haakon and other members of the Government are going to Norway as soon as military conditions permit. The Commander-in-Chief of the Norwegian armed forces, Crown Prince Olal, in a proclamation oil the German capitulation in Norway, said this did not mean the end of the state of war. The determining factor, until all the enemy forces had been disarmed, would lie the military operations which must be undertaken in order to carry out the capitulation terms. He therefore put all Norwegian forces at the disposal of the Supreme Allied Command so that they might take part in liberating and clearing Norway. Prince Olaf urged the Norwegians to realise how vital it was they should not take matters into their own hands. He a'so warned them against interfering with German stores.
