(8.5 a.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, July 15. Captain Wiedemann and Borchers, and 14 other German Consular agents, have gone to New York in three chartered airliners in order to board the army transport West Point,'which is sailing for Lisbon to-day. No reason is given lor the sudden abandonment of their projected plans to go to Japan.
