CHINESE MINISTER
(Rec. 8.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 15. Clmiv's first Minister in Australia was announced to-night, namely -Dr. Hsu-ino, who is at present Viec-Minis-tcr of Foreign Affairs in the Chinese Government. Horn in 1892 at Soochow he has had both a legal and a diplomatic career. While attached to the Chinese Legation at Washington in 1922 he studied law and political science and later became a professor of those subjects.
