SPECIAL STAMP.
LONDON. May 22. ! The Post Office has designed a special stamp for impressing on letters seriouslv delayed as a result of air raids. The stamp, which is about the size of a halfpenny, shows a bomb surrounded by the words "Delayed by Enemy Action."
