CAPITAL CHARGE.
Per'Press Association. AUCKLAND, Oct. 7. Appearing on remand in the Police Court, Charles Harold Longley, aged 39, was charged that on September 22, at Manunui, near Taumarunui, he murdered Jeremiah O’Sullivan. Detective- Sergeant Nalder said accused had been previously remanded to appear at Taumarunui to-day. but his legal advisers had requested that he should be remanded at Auckland for another week, after which arrangements would lie made for his remand to Taumarunui. Accused was remanded until October 14.
