CROSSING ACCIDENT.

Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Oct. 4. A collision occurred between a light motor-car and the Hainilton-Cambridge passenger train at Matangi crossing at 4 o’clock this afternoon and several occupants of the car were injured. They were:—Mrs Amy Muriel Bath, aged 28, wife of Mr William Bath, of Matangi, injuries to hip and leg, condition not serious; Fan Wilfred Bath, aged four, head injuries, fracture of arm and injuries to foot, . condition serious; Barbara Robinson, aged two years, daughter of Mr C. Robinson, of Matangi, shock and abrasions.
