Charged with behaving in a disorderly manner in Coleman l’iace, Kenneth William Mailman, aged 27, a labourer, of Waiourtt, appeared in the Magistrate's Court on .Saturday before Messrs J. T. Bosworth and W. G. Ashworth, J.lVs. He pleaded not guilty to this charge. On a iiirther charge of damaging a, cell utensil, valued at 9s 3d, he pleaded guilty. Accused was convicted on both charges. For behaving in a" disorderly manner he was fined £1 and for damaging the utensil lie was ordered to make restitution.
