FOOTBALLERS LEAVE.
AIEAIBERS OF OLD BOYS’ TEAAI. Alessrs K. Reid and C. Porter, two prominent members of the Palmerston North Old Boys’ Rugby team, have left Palmerston North. Mr Reid. avlio has gone to Hamilton, gained representative honours for Alanawatu and vas responsible for numerous splendid performances: His 6trong running on the wing lias l>ceii a feature of his appearances for Old Boys this season. Air Porter a good type of forward who also gained representative honours, lias gone to Auckland. Practically all the members of the team lvill have to go into military camp shortly, but it is thought that the competitions may he finished before this occurs.
