ANOTHER HITCH.
NAZI PROPAGANDA SYSTEM. Received August 3. 1.40 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 2. There seems to have been a hitch m the liaison between the German High Command and Dr. Goebbels’s Propaganda Ministry. The latter is alleging that all British East Coast ports are closed to shipping, but the High Command communique to-day gives the lie to this absurd allegation by describing attacks on British merchant shipping off the Humber.
