CHILD REFUGEES.
ARRIVAL IN CANADA. Received August 3, 1.15 p.m. OTTAWA, Aug. 2. Eighty children, the first from England under the Government evacuation plan, have arrived at an east coast port. In Washington the House Rules Committee ha 6 sanctioned the introduction into the House of a measure to permit American ships to transport children from the war zone.
