LIMITATION OPPOSED. Received August 3, 1.10 p.m. WASHINGTON, Aug. 2. The Senate Military Committee declined to limit the Conscription Bill to a million men between the ages of 21 and 31. Thus 12,500,000 men between 21 and 31 will be eligible should the present version be passed.
