HEAVY DAMAGES.
CASE AT NAPIER. Per Press Association. \ NAPIER. June S. Special and general damages amounting to £lO3l were awarded an eight-year-old boy, Cyril Olsen, ot Pukehou, for injuries resulting from his being struck by a motor-car on July, 1937. Defendant, was Arthur D. Liddell (Palmerston North), who was granted leave to appeal against the decision within- 21 days.
