APPEAL BROADCAST.
FOR NATIONAL ARMS. KAUNAS, March 28. General Rastikis (Chief of Staff of the Lithuanian Army) broadcast an appeal for contributions for national arms, not directed against any country since Lithuania would fight only in defence of her independence, lie added that tho task of the new Government would bo to organise for national unity.
