POLISH PROPOSAL.
WARSAW, March 27. The Government is issuing an internal loan of £48,000,000 to increase the air force aiul the air defences. The issue includes bonds valued at 16s payable in instalments and redeemable in five years. The bonds are designed to attract savings from tho poorest people, who will be subjected to intense propaganda for this purpose.
