GERMAN TROOPS.
GOING TO ITALY. Received March 22, 1.30 p.m. PARIS, March 21. A Swiss Parliamentarian, M. Opreclit, declared to-day that German troops had passed the Brenner Pass going towards Italy, where ail establishment of the German Air Force is being set up. There is also a strong element of German troops in Libya.
