LORD HALIFAX INTERVIEWED. Received March 22, 1.15 p.m. LONDON. March 21. The Polish Ambassador’s interview with Lord Halifax, which lasted for 40 minutes, was the chief diplomatic event of the forenoon. Germany has not broached the question of the abrogation of the AngloGerman Naval Treaty. Actually, the treaty does not contain the provision of denunciation and can only be terminated by the mutual consent of the parties. , . The Rumanian Minister in Ivondon (M. Tilea) is going to Bucharest to report and to receive fresh instructions.
