FEILDING v. PALMERSTON NORTH. The Manawatu Lawn Tennis Association’s A grade match at Feilding on Saturday between the leikling -Club and the Palmerston North Club was unfinished at seven matches all. In the following details Feilding players are mentioned first: — Men’s singles.—Dive beat Hobin, 6—3, 2—6, o—3; Wilson lost to Cope, 5_6. 3—6; Cover lost to O’Brien, 2—6, 6—4, 4—6; K. G. Salmond beat Gloyn, 5—6. 6 —3, 6 —2. Women’s singles.—Miss B. Eliott lost to Mrs Lennon. 2—6. 2—6; Miss Rutherford beat Miss Haggitt, 3—6, 6—4, 6—4; Miss IV. Hobson lost to Mrs New, 4—6, 2—6.

Men’s doubles.—Dive and Wilson beat Hobin and Cope, 6—4. 6 —2 ; Cover and Salmond beat O’Brien and Gloyn, 3—6, 6—4, 6—3.
