Received February 16, 12.15 .nr. BRUSSELS, Feb. 15. _ The death has occurred of M. Henri Jaspar, the war-time politician and former ex-Prime Minister. He failed to form a Cabinet after M. Spaak’s re.signation on Ucl>ruar v 9, an<i liclgiurn is still without a Cabinet.
