MOTOR RALLY TRAGEDY.
WOMAN CHARGED
Received January 24. 12.50 p.m. LYONS, Jan. 23.
Mrs Kay Petrie, who was accompanying Major R. Calvert Empson, the newspaper representative, when he was killed in a motor accident at the Monte Carlo rally, lias been charged with manslaughter. Mrs Petrie was the driver of the car.
