NEW DUTCH SERVICE.
TO BATAVIA AND SAIGON. Received August 27, 8.5 a.m. THE HAGUE, Aug. 26. The new K.L.M. Airline service to Batavia and Saigon (French Indo China) was opened to-day. The Ratinalana Airport at Ceylon is being reconstructed to meet the requirements of the K.L.M. line, which is considering a shorter route to Australia and Holland.
