SCULLING TITLE.
CONTEST FOR WORLD HONOURS. Received August 25, 2.5 p.m. TORONTO, Aug. 24. Eoujr Australian scullers will meet on Friday in the first of three races at the Canadian Exhibition for the world sculling title. They are Bobby Pearce, Evans Paddon, Percy See and George Cook. <
The first race is of three-quarters of a mile and the other two are of a mile and a quarter, taking place on September 2 and 9. Paddon. is expected to supply the greatest opposition to Pearce.
