“WORLD BRAIN TRUST.”
SCIENTISTS’ PLAN. Received August 25. 10.35 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 24. The committee of the British Association for the Advancement of Science has already agreed to preliminary. steps to establish a “world brain trust” of scientists, with an Anglo-American nucleus. 'Special lectureships are being initiated almost immediately. The Englishmen are going to America and the Americans are coming to England iin alternate years. Between twenty and thirty members of the British Association are becoming honorary members of the American Association, and vice versa.
