NUFFIELD FELLOWSHIPS.

UNIVERSITY NOMINATIONS. MELBOURNE, Aug. 23. The Australian and New Zealand University vice-chancellors met here to-day to discuss the Nuffield Medical FelloWships. Professor T. A. Hunter is the New Zealand representative. The New Zealand University has already nominated a 1938 F’ellow and Melbourne is inviting nominations shortly. Two fellowships are available annually, of three years’ tenure. The committee decided to recommend that every three years four South Africans and four from Australia and New Zealand should be nominated. It was decided that the rotation in New Zealand and Australia will be New Zealand, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Queensland Universities.
