PROVISO FOR TALKS. (British Official Wireless.) Received March 2, 10.30 a.m. RUGBY. March 1. The Prime Minister (Mr Chamberlain) stated in the House of Commons to-day that he could find nothing in the various statements made by Mr Eden in the House of Commons while Foreign Secretary which could be interpreted as a pledge binding Britain not to undertake negotiations with Italy until all anti-British propaganda had ceased.
