APPEAL ALLOWED.
WOOL INSURANCE CASE. Received December 15, 11.55 a.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 15. The High Court, by a 3 to 2 majority judgment, lias allowed the appeal ot Messrs Goldsbrough, Mort and Co., Ltd., from the decision of the State Full Court, that the company was not entitled to retain out of the insurances paid on the wool destroyed in the fire some months ago amounts representing the commissions that would have been earned on the sale of the wool if the fire had not occurred.
