Before Mr R. M. Watson, S.M., on Tuesday, Henry Nott, farm manager, of Rewa, proceeded against Fred Pussell, of Waituna, for payment of an account alleged to lie due to him for supervising the erection of a boundary fence for defendant. In the course of his evidence plaintiff stated that he had paid 22 visits to the property, each visit having occupied six hours. He had rendered defendant an account for £l2 Is 6d. Some of the posts were unsound, the fence was not cattleproof and had been erected a considerable distance away from the official pegged boundary.
