BULLS.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) BULLS, Nov. 22. Three persons well-known in Bulls passed away last week. Mr Harry AI. Holland met with fatal injuries at Alarton on Tuesday, and his funeral at Bulls on the following day was very largely attended. That evening a pioneer, Mrs J. Signal, sour., suffered a stroke, passing away in the early hours of Thursday morning, and the interment took place.on Friday. On Saturday news was received of the death at Tauranga of Airs W. Haycock, an erstwhile resident of Bulls, who succumbed to pneumonia. -Her step-son Air C. Haycock, motored several relatives to Tauranga on Saturday to attend the funeral.
Last week a meeting of the committee of the district branch of the National Party was held in Bulls, there being a good attendance of members. The meeting was called on account of the alteration of the electoral boundaries, the old committee resigning, and a new one being sot up, with the following office-bearers: President, Mr R. O. Dalrymplc; vice-presi-dent, Mr W. W. Wilson; secretary, Air C. B. Anderson. A strong working committee was also formed.
A changeable wind made matters, lire pkasant for members of the Rangitikei Defence Rifle Club on Saturday, but K.
