BRITISH GOVERNMENT’S POSITION. (British Official Wireless.) Received November 23, 11.11 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 22. The suspension of the Brazilian foreign debt payments was the subject in the House of Commons of ah answer by Mr R. A. Edeh (Secretary for Foreign Affairs), who said that unfortunately the latest information indicated a definite decision by the Brazilian Government to suspend payment pending the conclusion of a new agreement.
