RECEIVED BY KING. Received August 30, 11.50 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 29. Lord Perth, the British Ambassador at Rome, for family reasons connected with his brother’s death will lie unable to return to his post until the end of September. Lord Perth was received by the King at Balmoral yesterday and stayed the night.
