SHIPMENT FOR WELLINGTON

Now approaching Wellington, the New Zealand Star, laden with 11,000 tons of cargo, has 9736 Height tons for Wellington, which will shatter the longstanding record of 7680 tons set by the Athenie in 1914. The remainder of the cargo will be discharged at Lyttelton. _ . The New Zealand Star is the cargo liner that was launched at Belfast by Lord Bledisloe pressing a button at Government House, Wellington. Sbe is due here on August 8.
