PEDESTRIAN’S OFFENCE.
Per Association. WELLINGTON, July 20.
A ivedestrian was charged before,Mr Stilwell, S.M.. to-dav with crossing an intersection diagonally instead of using the marked pedestrian cress'ng -at the intersection. He said he had l>een injured as the result and had «nent a number of days in hospital. The Magistrate. in view of defendant’s injuries, said he would not impose a fine, but ordered him to pay costs.
