OFFICE EVACUATED.

Startled by columns of acrid smoka rising through the office floor this morning. the employees of Henderson and Macfarl.ane. shipping agents. Quay Stre-et, rushed out of the building in alarm. Dense fumes filled the office, but there was no fire. It is believed that the trouble was caused by the shortcircuiting of the electric power cable under the office.
