WOpDVILLE. June 5. Mr A. H. Huscwick, of AVoodviile, has been appointed Government representative on the Woodville I*ire Hoard for the ensuing two years. It was decided that members register their approval of the scheme for the distribution of milk to -school children. Mrs N. Gilbert and Miss Knapp conducted- the trade stall. Some beautiful decorations were exhibited in the competition for winter decorations in a jam jar, Airs G. Hartridge being first and Airs B. Hutching second, and Aliss M. Morgan first in the juniors. Airs S Burlaee followed up the talk on “Members’ Inmressions,” giving helpful criticisms. The Glee dub provided two popular numbers, “Rose of AT.v Heart” and “Oars Passing Lightly.” Nola Oliver contributed two humorous recitations. Mesdames Phillips and Hickson, delegates to the recent federation meeting at Alasterton, were accorded a vote of thanks for .their reports.
