SOUTHERN HAWKE’S BAY TITLE. TOURNAMENT AT DANNEVIRKE. The final of the Southern Hawke's Bay championship, decided when the Dunevirke Golf Ciub’s tournament was concluded during the week-end, was won by L. A. Reid ( Waipukurau) who heat L. Drummond, 4 and 3, after doing the first nine holes in 35, exceptional figures under the difficult conditions prevailing, though the course was in good order. MANAAVATU CLUB. MATCH AT HOKOWHITU. Playing in a four-balj bogey competition at Hokowhitu during the weekend, Dickson and Shand tied with O’Shea and W. W. Smith with cards of 4 up. Ward and Monro were next with a card of 2 up. PALMERSTON NORTH CLUB.
