CHARGE OF DAMAGING HOUSE. Per Prei-s Association. GREYMOUTH, June 2. The Supreme Court sessions opened this morning before Mr Justice Northcroft. There was only one criminal charge, that against Maurice Moore, aged 05, being charged with wilfully damaging by explosives a house valued at £3OO. ... • ~ Following a lengthy hearing the jury after a four-hour retirement, announced a disagreement and a newtrial was ordered for to-morrow on the application of the Crown prosecutor. Bail in £2OO and two sureties of £IOO was allowed.
