The Foreign Secretary (Mr Anthony Eden) again referred in the House of Commons to the situation arising from the bombing of the Deutschland, when he expressed regret at the withdrawal of the German .and Italian naval patrols from the Spanish coast. Mr Eden gave an assurance that the British Government would continue to do its utmost to prevent any aggravation of the present situation. They were in constant touch with the other Governments on the subject with a view to considering what steps could most usefully be taken to restore the situation. REVIEW POSTPONED. italianUqecision. ITALIAN ARRESTED. ' IN TUNNEL WITH EXPLOSIVES. PERPIGNAN, Juno 1. His presence revealed by the glow of a cigarette, the police arrested an Italian, Guillermo Camtevri, aged 38, in a tunnel oh the Paris-Barcelona railway finding him in possession of an abnormally heavy thermos flask containing explosives and a clockwork mechanism. It is believed his object was to disrupt tunnel traffic to prevent French goods reaching Catalonia.
