The Bank of New South Wales has received the following ' cable message from its London office dated February 20: Wool. —Since last report _ markets have been showing less activity with prices in buying favour except in coarsest sorts, which continue to show good resistance. Mutton. —Ewes, 3|d to 4§d; wethers 4d to 5Jd: lamb. 6|d to 7Jd; beer, 2Jd to 4Jd; pork, 6Jd to 7d. Butter. —84s. Cheese: White. 525, coloured, 51s.
