REMAND GRANTED.
Charged with the theft, on October 7 last, of £250, the property of Edward Houlihan, Malcolm Victor Smith, a store assistant, appeared before Air J. L. Stout, S.AL, in tlie Alagistrate’s Court to-day. On the application of Detective-Sergeant Bickerdike, accused was remanded to appear again tomorrow.
