BAND DANCE.
Another success was credited to the City Band in connection with its weekly dance. Under the control of Alessrs Jackson and , Cooksley as M.C.'s no effort was lost in attending to the pleasure of the dancers. The novelties resulted as follow: —Lucky door ticket, Aliss Daysh and Air Don Edwards; Monte Carlo waltz, Airs Currie and Air Currie; Gay Gordons, Airs Dolby and Air P. Reid (Feilding); novelty, Air W. Stevens (Feilding). Extras played by Air Bradley met with considerable favour.
