AUCKLAND’S BIG RETURN. Per Tress Association. AUCKLAND, April 7. The prompt date for payment on account of the third Auckland wool sale falls to-morrow and sheep-farmers of the province will receive an aggregate amount estimated at about £375,000. This will bring tlie total realisation for the season to practically £940,000 which is fillip equal to that of the 1933-34 season, which marked a weclomo recovery of wool values after four lean years. Last year the total amount milsied was £344,030. Of the total offering of 32,414 bales some 31,500 bales were sold either at auction or Subsequently „the largest clearance made at Auckland in recent years. The price per halo should be within a few shillings of £l2.
