At a meeting of representatives of several local bodies and organisations last evening, the following local committee was set up to further the sale of health stamps in thi sdistrict: Chairman, Mr F. Bolton; treasurer, Mr G. S. Carrad (Postmaster); • secretary, Mr H. It. Ogg; and Mesdames E. Purdie, N. Priissing, Messrs L. D. Lovelioek and G. L. Stafford, and representatives of the Ministers' Association, Bush Federation of Women’s Institutes, District High School and the Press, with power to add.
