DIPLOMATIC HIATUS.
ITALO-ABYSSINIAN TALKS. LONDON, March 14. The Daily Telegraph’s Addis Ababa correspondent says that the discussions between the Emperor’s representative and the Italian Minister relative to the neutral zone and Italy’s claim for compensation have broken down.
It is understood that the Ethiopian Government sent a Note to Rome asking for a definite reply as to whether Italy will submit the whole dispute to arbitration.
