(From Our Own Correspondent.) FOXTON, March 12.

Harvest thanksgiving sreviccs were held in the Foxton Methodist Church on Sunday. Mr A. G. Huntley occupied the pulpit in the morning and the minister. Rev. \V. McDonald, in tho evening. A solo was rendered by Mrs J. F. Riches with much effect. A civic welcome was extended to Commissioner and Mrs Adams, new Salvation Armv territorial commanders, on Sunday afternoon. Thcv were accompanied by their daughter (Captain Adams) and Lieu-tenant-Colonel Scotney and Major Nelson.
