PROTECTION FROM SHARKS. Received March 12, 10.35 a.m. SYDNEY, March 12. Tho State Cabinet has decided to adopt a recommendation by the Shark Menace Advisory Committee that the Governnienr’should subsidise a systematic, continuous scheme of meshing hlong the coast to protect surfers. Tlie co-operation of the municipal councils in putting the resolution into effect will be sought.
